India is big country .There are three types of families here. High class family ,middle
class family and lower class family .There is no problem with children education for high
family and middle class families also provide education to their children by working hard
wages .Children in poverty make up thirty-nine percent of the population, and most of these children do not receive a good education because their parents cannot afford to send them to in a school.lower class families are unable to provide education to their children because
they do not have a house to living .They have no any identity card .So they can not take
any help from govt. I am talking about people of UP , MP , Bihar . These people go from
state to state in search of employment like as Haryana , Punjab , Maharashtra ,Gujarat
.They do not have an identity card there and there is no permanent address . Hence the
teaching service is not provided by the state govt. This year the same cycle continues
and such people are left illiterate .Often times, parents in poverty do not like the level of education their child is receiving, and they want to have the government help them pay to send their children to a  school to get a better education. The Federal government does not provide any funding to educate poor children in  schools. Indian Govt. Schemes run by crores of rupees every
year , education schemes . but no special attention is given to those lower class family '
s children . For this reason many people remained illiterate .  Due to poverty, parents forced their child to work as a servant at many places. There are many places in India where children are working in factories like production of fire work, chemicals, drugs etc. I am living in a village in
Haryana . people of our village teach their children by working hard.
but there are around 20 factories in my village . In these factories , Clay bribes are made
. People coming from UP , MP , Bihar work in these factories .This guy is related to
lower class . In every factory , their number is in thousands .every factory has 500
children , 3 to 15 years of age and their number increases every year . In reality these
children need education so that they can improve their future . India has number of
such children in lakhs . They should also be given ban opportunity to move forward . We should make schools around these factories . If
we get these children to get education in less rupees then their parents will also come
forward . We all have to come forward for these and fight for their rights . I hope all of
you will think about .

Thank you
